About Cousins Main Lobster Truck Founders
Sabin Lomac and Jim Tselikis lived in Southern Maine. Both Families gathered to have feasts of steaming red lobsters and ended with blueberry pie. Sabin exited to Los Angeles after graduation from Hofstra University in 2003.
Jim stayed on the East Coast and watched the lobster industry continue to increase production. Tselikis and Lomac decided to combine the strength of the lobster product with the strength of the LA food culture, and in early 2012, Cousins Maine Lobster was born.
